Epigro Solar, a Sri Lankan business, specializes in the planning, setting up, and upkeep of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems. Since our establishment in 2014, we have grown to be one of Sri Lanka’s top independent solar PV system installers, earning a solid reputation for our technical know-how and engineering prowess. We have installed more than 100 projects across the entire island.
We have forty highly skilled employees. We have just entered the Maldivian market for the first time and are awaiting the approval of three projects. We have finished 20MW worth of projects including a 1 MW Solar Park. We have another 20MW projects in the pipeline.We also stay current with emerging technologies in the sector, such as microgrids, regular battery storage backup, and BESS Battery Energy Storage System (which can instantaneously transition to a backup power source in the case of a power outage).

MJF Epigro Renewables, a merger of Epigro Solar and MJF Group, since April 2023, is a bright new star in the firmament. It was set up to maximise the synergies of each organisation and capture new opportunities. One of its key attributes is its financial strength in a notoriously competitive and unstable Industry. Due to Epigro’s German-based Engineers, we have access to the latest emerging technologies, which we are able to offer our existing and potential customers. We believe we are ahead of the curve here, with confirmed orders already in these echnologies. A number of new initiatives are on the cards too, which will add to our foot-print
